Patterns Worth Knowing
Some pairs of numbers decide several sides at once. When two 3s sit next to each other, the side between them is on the loop, and so are the two outer sides parallel to it. When a 3 touches a 0 at a corner, the loop must use both sides of the 3 that meet at that corner. Spotting these pairs first gives a loop its first long strokes.
The Loop Must Stay One
As the loop grows, watch for pieces that would close on themselves too early: a side that would close a small loop while other lines are still open can be crossed out. On 7x7 grids, that rule often settles the last corridors.
A Size for Steady Practice
The 7x7 grids need real reasoning while keeping the whole loop in view. Print a level at a time and move up when the Easy grids no longer need crosses.
