Calcudoku Puzzles
Ready to mix logic and math? In a calcudoku puzzle, each row and each column holds every digit once, and thick lines group the cells into cages. The digits in each cage must combine, with the operation shown, to give the cage's target number.
Start with addition only, then add subtraction, and finally try all four operations, on 4x4, 5x5, and 6x6 grids. Every puzzle has exactly one solution, reached by logic alone.

About
Welcome to our collection of Calcudoku Puzzles! Calcudoku is a math logic puzzle that combines the rules of sudoku with arithmetic clues. Each row and each column holds every digit exactly once, and cages outlined with thick lines show a target number and an operation. These printable puzzles build logical reasoning, mental math, and concentration for kids, teens, and adults.
How to Play
- Fill the grid: place the digits 1 to 4 in a 4x4 grid, 1 to 5 in a 5x5 grid, and 1 to 6 in a 6x6 grid, once in each row and each column.
- Solve the cages: the digits in each cage must combine, with the operation shown, to give its target number.
Three Levels of Operations
- Addition: every cage is a sum, the friendliest way to start
- Addition and Subtraction: two-cell cages can also show a difference
- All Four Operations: cages use addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Grid Sizes for Every Level
Each level comes in 4x4, 5x5, and 6x6 grids. Small grids are perfect for learning the rules, and larger grids offer a real challenge for experienced solvers.
