Who is Mother Teresa?
Mother Teresa was a kind and caring woman who spent her life helping the poor and sick. She was born in 1910 in what is now North Macedonia and moved to India to become a nun. There, she created a group called the Missionaries of Charity to help people who had no homes or were very sick.
